Additional information:

• Box set-ups will be arranged 30 minutes before the start of the performance when the performance is admitted.

• Orders must be placed at least one and a half hours before the start of the performance, after that time no changes can be made.

• We reserve the right to refuse an order and to use a substitute product, which you may subsequently cancel.

• Only the products ordered can be consumed in the boxes, while additional consumption is possible in the Feszty Bar and Opera Café. Consumption is not permitted during a performance, only during the intermission.

• Food and drinks served in the box can be consumed inside the box as intended.

• Consumption of items on the elbow of the lodge is prohibited and life-threatening.

• We are not responsible for allergens.

• Refunds will be given for orders for cancelled performances.
